The legal nature of the economic control authorities is considered as one of the issues that continues to give rise to jurisprudential and legal controversies and discussions, in terms of its administrative nature and the nature of independence.

However, the administrative nature leaves no doubt in case the legislator stipulated it in explicit terms, but the question remains in the case of the legislator's silence on adding the administrative nature to these authorities, which requires the use of jurisprudence and judiciary.
