مكن المشرع الجزائري ضمن أحكام قانون المنافسة مجلس المنافسة من إقرار تدابير مؤقتة لوقف الممارسات المقيدة للمنافسة متى كان يمكن أن تلحق ضررا بالمصلحة العامة الاقتصادية أو مصلحة المؤسسات المتضررة و إن كان من حق الاطراف الطعن في قرارات مجلس المنافسة بخصوص الممارسات المنافية للمنافسة أمام مجلس قضاء الجزائر إلا أن أثر الطعن قد يختلف بالنسبة للتدابير المؤقتة.
Abstract EN
The Algerian legislator, within the provisions of the Competition Law, enabled the Competition Council to approve temporary measures to stop the practices restricting competition whenever they could harm the public economic interest or the interest of the affected enterprises.
Even if the parties have the right to appeal the decisions of the Competition Council regarding anti-competitive practices before the Algerian Judicial Council, except that The effect of an appeal may vary with competition board - the circumstance of urgency:
