Abstract EN

The Procedures in family affairs action, despite their peculiarities, the law on civil and administrative procedures is considered as the common law in matters of litigation and the judiciary.

Therefore, the legislator saw simplifying the procedures, and setting their provisions in a separate section named "the Family Affairs" according to a methodology that mainly depends on the course of judicial proceedings.

They initiated that section then procedures relevant to each claim in a way that harmonizes with the rest of the provisions of this law.
