Financial Reports therefore financial analysis considered as a data head which feeds the economical units administrations with the required data for taking the rational decisions.

Due to the particular characters of commercial banks including their distinguished decisions that has a clear effect on the economic activities on local, regional, and international levels, so this research is an attempt to use the constitutional (structural) mathematical model to analyze the total investment profitability, Mansour Bank for Investments will be the sample of this empirical research for the financial periods 2009-2011.

This research will be conducted upon the shortage of using the above mentioned model among commercial banks situated generally in Iraq and especially in Kurdistan region, despite the grate advantages of using the model in analyzing their investment profitability Finally the Researchers find out many conclusions and recommended different suggestions following to studying the strength and weakness points that concluded from analyzing the main financial indicators that the model composed of (sub- indicators and their effects on the main indicator)
