those provisions are similar to the provisions which govern the seizure of the published tenements and / or the published real rights, but they differ in a few specificities due to the ence of the published deed of ownership of the tenement subject of seizure and an extract from the private deed or the administrative deed, depending on the case, instead of the property deed, and the real estate deed will not be attached in the ence the original of the published property, thus it will be transcribed the order of the seizure in a special register opened in the courts administration service instead of transcribing it at the Land Conservation for the tenement and /or the real rights published.
