This research sheds light on the manifestations of Fiqhi dialectic among the Hanbalis of Baghdad through classifications and scientific councils, commencing from the fifth century to the end of the seventh century, This research which is entitled of: “Manifestations of jurisprudential dialectic among the Hanbalis of Baghdad” is divided into an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion, as follows: The introduction: includes the emergence of Fiqhi dialectic according to the Hanbalis, demonstrating the interest of Baghdad scholars in the science of dialectic.

The first chapter: Classification of controversies.

The second chapter: Classification of vocabularies.

The third chapter: the debate boards.

The conclusion: includes the most important results, and the most important recommendations.
