Abstract EN

The idea of the research is based on three axes, each of which deals with the word Al-’Ashi in the Glorious Qur’an covering the following: The first axis deals with the concept of Al-’Ashi, linguistically and idiomatically.

The second axis shows the coordination of the word Al ’Ashi with time expressions such as, (Ibkar) early morning, (Ishraq) time of sunrise, (Al-Ghudu) and (Al-Ghadat) morning time , forenoon, and noon time.

The third axis talks about the explanation of the two derivatives of Al-’Ashi (ishaa’) and (ya’shi) without being added to other words.

The paper depends mainly on the Qur’anic texts and sometimes on the Hadiths of the Prophet.
