The Sports Law is full of many provisions that regulate sports work and since the issuance of Sports Law 71of 1417and its implementation, some problems have emerged as a result of the application of the provisions and provisions of the law, as well as the lack of identification and clarification of some texts during the application, which raised many administrative problems within the sports bodies, which called many Officials, such as members of the boards of directors of sports bodies, as well as the Ministry of Youth and Sports and some members of the House of Representatives, have proposed the need to amend some provisions of the Sports Law, which prompted the researcher to carry out this research as a contribution to developing scientific frameworks to amend some of these provisions.
