Sports academies are a sports institution in which some sports skills are learned for the individuals participating in it in order to learn about their physical and skill level, learn about weaknesses and strengths, and work to address areas of weakness and improve aspects of strength To activate the role of academies in the sports field, there must be a legal and administrative framework that organizes their work and establishes a supervisory framework that allows the state to find out the truth about its role and the mechanism for its advancement in a way that contributes to the development of the Egyptian sports strategy.

This study aims to develop an organizational and technical bylaw for the academies of the Egyptian Basketball Federation.

The study was applied to a random sample of administration and basketball professors and workers in the Egyptian Basketball Federation, the technical director of the junior sector of basketball teams, the technical director of the private basketball academies, with a total of (71) individuals, and the researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method in order to suit the nature of the study.

A questionnaire form designed by the two researchers was used as a main tool in data collection and appropriate statistical treatments were used, and the study reached a technical and organizational bylaw for the academies of the Egyptian Basketball Federation.

Which included several main axes, which are (the objectives of the regulation and the scope of its application, classification of sports academies, administrative conditions and standards, conditions for joining the academy - conditions for registration - conditions for transfers, types of programs offered, technical conditions and standards, administrative and training bodies, qualifications and experiences, rights and duties of academies and players, the entity Responsible for monitoring sports academies
