Throughout the present paper, we attempted to discuss among other problems the issue of inequality in didactic differences regarding the right of education, which is a matter upon which the world educational community impinges nowadays.

With the new coming Covid-19 crisis, we have tried to spot the light on how receptive are countries to the crisis outcomes that hindered the educational process normally, where the biggest school reluctance in world had to occur during the pandemic, what to led the necessity of E-learning as an alternative in order to provide education and alleviate some of the repercussions resulted in the healthy quarantine imposed worldwide in an attempt to stop the spread of the Covid among educational environment.
