هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر ضغوط العمل و قياسها على أداء الموظفات، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة و اختبار فرضياتها، تم تصميم مقياس لضغوط العمل و مقياس لأداء الموظفات طبق على موظفي المؤسسة محل الدراسة، تم عمل رابط للمقياسين و نشره بين موظفات الجامعة و تم اعتماد أسلوب التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي و الاستدلالي لوصف و تحليل بيانات الدراسة، و اختبار فرضياتها باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) و قد أشارت النتائج إلى أن شعور المبحوثين بضغوط متوسطة في العمل و لها أثر على أداء الموظفات بالمؤسسة، و وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى ضغط العمل تعزى لبعض مصادر ضغوط العمل.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to identify and measure the impact of work stress on the performance of female employees.
and inferential to describe and analyze the data of the study, and test its hypotheses using the (SPSS) program.
The results indicated that the respondents feel moderate pressures at work and have an impact on the performance of female employees in the institution, and there are statistically significant differences in the level of work pressure due to some sources of work stress.
