The issue of consumer protection during the formation of the contract is one of the important issues, as the consumer needs protection whatever the prevailing economic system in the state, and that protection must be achieved with justice and balance between consumer rights and the interest of the product so that one party does not pressure the other party, and according to what is stated in the terms of the contract with Between them, as the contract according to most legislative texts is not vetoed or amended except with the agreement of the parties.
