Abstract EN

In recent years, the Supreme Council of the Arabic Language has developed a set of functional guides in various fields and disciplines, focusing its position on the scientific and civilizational dimensions through which the Arabic language can be upgraded in its theoretical and applied fields, taking into account the aspects of competence.

Through it, it is possible to facilitate linguistic communication in institutions in the Arabic language away from ideological quarrels and prejudices.

Among the evidence that distinguished the council in its recent publications is the guide to environmental terms in which science and culture have been mixed.

It is a guide to collecting environmental terms and living between the Arabic and Amazigh languages.

Accordingly, it can be questioned about the extent of the scientific and cultural value of this guide, and the added value that the guide can provide to the general reader and to the private reader alike.
