It is based on accuracy in documenting information and narration, source and reference blogs through clear scientific steps, and theoretical construction through social, historical, cultural and linguistic models, since the science of tabunami participates with multiple fields of knowledge, so the research called for the following problem: To what extent can the toponymy dictionary contribute to the planning and developmental outlook of Algerian society and the advancement of the Arabic language?
