The study aims to highlight the role of social responsibility in achieving competitive advantage, To achieve this, we relied on the questionnaire tool as a means of collecting data, It contains phrases for the study variables.

Represented in the dimensions (responsibility towards society, Responsibility towards customers, Responsibility towards employees) of the independent variable, and Corporate Governance as the dependent variable.

After analyzing the data using appropriate statistical methods, The study found that there is a positive impact of social responsibility in achieving Corporate Governance in the institutions under study
