تزخر مصر بإمكانيات هائلة من عناصر التراث الثقافي المادى و غير المادى الذى يعبر عن تاريخ و حضارة و ثقافة تعود جذورها لأكثر من سبعة آلاف عام، حيث تعد مناطق التراث الثقافي من أهم روافد التنمية السياحية بوجه عام، و تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على دور الفنادق التراثية في زيادة معدلات التدفق السياحى بمدينة القاهرة، حيث تضيف هذه النوعية من منشآت الإقامة الفندقية بعدا جديدا يضاف إلى جاذبية القاهرة التاريخية يتمثل في الاهتمام بقيمة التراث الحضارى و العمل على إبراز معالمه و الحفاظ عليه و الارتقاء به.
و قد اعتمدت الدراسة على أسلوب المسح الميدانى عن طريق تصميم استمارة استبيان، حيث تم إرسال عدد 372 استبيانا عبر الإنترنت إلى المبحوثين في 12 فندقا (31 استبانة لكل فندق)، و تم استقبال 255 استمارة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي.
و تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS الإصدار 23، و تمثلت أهم النتائج المتحصل عليها في أن هناك علاقة ارتباط ايجابية بين الفنادق التراثية في مدينة القاهرة و زيادة أعداد السياح القادمين إليها، حيث تجذب هذه النوعية من الفنادق أنواعا خاصة من السياح من ذوى المستوى الثقافي المميز و الإنفاق المرتفع، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إعادة استخدام المباني التراثية و إعادة تأهيلها كمنشآت فندقية بما يخدم أهداف الحفاظ على ممتلكات التراث العالمي، و حتمية مشاركة منظمي الرحلات السياحية في إنشاء مسارات سياحية داخل القاهرة التاريخية فضلا عن أهمية وجود إدارة فعالة في مناطق التراث الثقافي للارتقاء بهذه المناطق و الحفاظ على محتواها العمراني و التاريخي.
Abstract EN
The main argument of this paper is to examine the role of heritage hotels in improving Egyptian tourism revenues, as this type of hotels provides the attractiveness of Historical Cairo with a new dimension represented in a mixture of tangible and intangible elements such as natural, cultural, man-made resources, attractions, facilities and services.
The field study was done through a survey to a sample of hotel guests in Cairo, where 372 online questionnaires were sent to the respondents, and 255 questionnaires were completed.
The data was analyzed using the SPSS software - version 23.
The most important results were that there is a positive correlation between heritage hotels and increasing tourist flow in Cairo, where this type of hotels attracts special types of tourists with high spending level.
In addition, the need of establishing tourist paths within Historical Cairo to encourage the development of local crafts, and the need to develop creative marketing strategies that create “Local Brands” to communicate with global electronic platforms about heritage hotels.
