يتناول هذا البحث تحليلا نقديا لبيانات الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب و التي تلت مباشرة مقتل الرجل الأمريكي من أصول أفريقية جورج فلويد على يد رجل شرطة أبيض.
و يتبع هذا البحث نوعا من الخطاب يسمى الخطاب السياسي و يهدف إلى دراسة ملامح البيان في سياق سلطوي و على مدى شهري مايو و يونيو من العام ٢٠٢٠.
و يسعى البحث إلى التحليل اللغوي النقدي لبيانات ترامب و التي تغلفها المعتقدات و الأيديولوجيات التي يؤمن بها و ذلك باستخدام الوسائل الاستطرادية المتعددة و فنيات تحليل الخطاب السياسي وصولا إلى فهم منطقي و عقلاني وواضح للكثير مما يقصده الرئيس من وراء تصريحاته و تغريداته خلال فترة الغليان هذه.
و كما أشار جرايس (١٩٧٥) في مبدأ التضمين وفيركلوف (١٩٩٢) وكوك (٢٠١١) و فولر (١٩٩٦) و فان دايك (٢٠٠٣) في استراتيجيات تحليل الخطاب، فإنه عن طريق استخدام ممارسات عقلانية استطرادية شرعية و منطقية فإنه بالإمكان الوصول إلى الهدف من وراء التحليل و النقد والتوضيح و هو فهم الآخر و التغيير الاجتماعي.
و على أسس من المعايير المستخدمة لتحليل الخطاب في هذه الدراسة كان من الممكن تحديد الاحتياجات و تذليل المصاعب.
بينما ظهر جليا أن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب لم يوظف أي من هذه الفنيات و لم يستطع فهم الآخر.
Abstract EN
This paper analyzes the United States President Donald Trump's rhetoric following the African American George Floyd's killing by a white policeman.
The type of discourse is political and the aim is to investigate the strategies followed by Trump through language over the months of May and June , 2020.
The eclectic method of analysis, adapted here from Grice's implicature (1975), Van Dijk (2003) among others' strategies, tests the theory against the data represented by Trump's statements, replies, press conferences, tweets, and announcements throughout the period of fury.
Following Fairclough (1992), Cook (2011), Fowler (1996), Trump's language is discursively examined and ideologically and critically analyzed with the major purpose of social change and accepting the other.
The study concluded with the fact that needs and predicaments could have been resolved except that President Donald Trump could not observe discursive strategies and could not manage to understand the other.
