The aim of this paper is to assess the degree of application of corporate social responsibility activities in the Algerian enterprises.
Therefore, we conducted a questionnaire with 384 consumers.
The results revealed that the Algerian enterprises do not almost apply the CSR activities related to the consumer mentioned in ISO26000.
Moreover, the dissatisfaction of the consumer of the products and services quality provided by the Algerian enterprises is related to the non-application of CSR.
