Abstract EN

This study aims to shed light on the requirements of the evaluation process of economic companies through a financial diagnosis, based on the activity and performance diagnosis, as a tool that shows the stages that the company functions go through to achieve the possible profits.

Using different analysis tools, we analyzed the results of NCA Rouiba company and compared it with the main competitors within the same sector.

As a result of this study, the process of diagnosing activity and performance appears as highly essential on the evaluation process to provide information about the profitability and effectiveness of the company.

This diagnosis contributes to determine objectively the value domain and to predict the future and the prospects of the company, as it is more required on the discounting methodes in order to predict the company’s performance in the future
