This research includes the study of the personal biography of Yeshmut bin Hulakhan in terms of his name، lineage، birth، personal family and the religion that he espoused، and this research deals with the most important political، administrative and military actions that Yashmut carried out throughout the reigns of his father Hulakkhan، founder of the Ilkhan state، and then dealt with his role in the era of his older brother Abakkhan، who assumed the throne as successor to his father until the date of his death، through his assumption of the administration of the northern part of the Ilkhan state، then his participation in his father's campaign against the Levant and his important role in the occupation of some of its cities، as well as his role in subjugating some internal rebellions that occurred in the state The Ilkhanate، as well as dealing with his active participation in the war against the Kebjak Mughals (the Golden Horde)، and then the important role he played to counter the attack that the army of the Mongol ofJagtai state carried out on the eastern parts of the Ilkhanid state، and to prevent them from achieving their goals in annexing that state to their lands.
