تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تطبيق نموذج التنبؤ بالتعثر المالي (Zmijewski 1984) على المجمع الصناعي "صيدال" بالجزائر، وقد امتدت حدود البحث ما بين (2009-2019)، وتوصلت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى أن تطبيق نموذج (Zmijewski 1984) على المؤسسة عينة البحث أدى للوصول إلى نتائج مرضية و عقلانية تتوافق مع نتائج تحليل النسب المالية، حيث تم تقدير القوة التنبئية للنموذج بنسبة %93.

Abstract EN
This study aims to apply the financial distress prediction model (Zmijewski 1984) on the industrial complex of "Saidal" in Algeria, and the search boundaries extended between )2009-2019(, and This research paper concluded that applying the model (Zmijewski 1984) on the research sample institution led to satisfactory and rational results consistent with the results of the analysis of financial ratios, where the predictive power of the model was estimated at 93.
39%, and all the signs indicate to the integrity of the financial position of the institution.
