The study aimed identify the experience of the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman in e-learning from the point of view of teachers, and used the descriptive approach, and applied the questionnaire to a sample of (115) teachers, and the study reached the following results: The study proved that the Ministry of Education has made a lot of efforts to implement e-learning on the ground, the most important of which are: the use of the Cisco system for wireless LANs, and it has linked more than 200 schools to it in the Sultanate, and has established two platforms: Al Mandara platform and Class room Google platform.

The study proved that the challenges related to educational content and teacher readiness and technology came with the approval of the study sample as very large and influential challenges.

As for the axes of arranging the challenges that hinder e-learning, they are, in order, challenges related to technology, challenges related to teacher readiness, and challenges related to educational content.

Based on the results of the study, the researchers recommend the Ministry of Education to work on early readiness to transform and design electronic curricula to fit with recent developments.
