زبدة الأقوال في شرح قصيدة أبنية الأفعال لبدر الدين محمد ابن الناظم (640-686ه)‎ : دراسة وصفية تحليلية

Abstract EN

Morphology is a sublime linguistic science because it teaches the words’ structures and its derivatives and condition.

Because of its importance, early linguists were interested in it.

They wrote, classified and composed poems dealing with this science, then other linguists explained it.

Among these scholars is Badr Al-Din Ibn Al-Nazim (686 AH), who is considered the first commentator on the verse Lamiatu Al-Afaal written by his father Ibn Malik (672 AH).

Because of the nature of the relationship between the commentator and the versifier, Bader’s book entitled Zubdt Alaqwal Fi Sharh Qasydat “Abniatu Alaf’al” is a brief and valuable explanation for its brevity and benefit.

The research provided a biography for Ibn Al-Nazim, and a study on the book “Zubdat Al-Aqwal”, in which he explained his method for explaining the poem “Abniatu Alaf’al”, then he talked about his evidence, origins and morphological opinions of Ibn Al-Nazim.

To conduct this study, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical method, because it is suitable to the nature of the study.
