إن علاقة المحكمة الجنائية الدولية بمجلس الأمن، تثير العديد من الإشكاليات، و مرد ذلك طبيعة كل هيئة، فمجلس الأمن هيئة سياسية، و المحكمة الجنائية الدولية هيئة قضائية، مما يجعل إمكانية إقامة علاقة تعاون بينهما خالية من العقبات، أمر غير وارد وغير مستساغ، كذلك الأمر لو افترضنا وجود علاقة تكامل، مما يعني أن هذه العلاقة تكتنفها العديد من المشكلات و الغموض مما يستوجب الوقوف عندها

The relationship of the international criminal court to the security country council is problamatic, this is due to the nature of each body.
the security council is a political body and the international criminal court is a judical body.
a relationship of integration, which means that this relationship is surronded by many problems and ambiguity, which requises to stand at it.
