Abstract EN

The study aimed at acknowledgement of aspects of developing university administration to reveal the importance of university leadership training in Palestine and to make a recreation for its role in keeping pace with scientific and technological development to improve and develop universities.

The researcher has implemented the analytical descriptive method in this research.

The research has answered the following questions: 1- What are the most important aspects to administrate the university.

2- What is the importance of administrative training.

3- What is the schedual suggested for training university leadership.

The research has concluded by introducing a training program for Palestine university leaders after clarifying aspects of developments and the importance of administration development.
