The cities of the holy shrines (especially in Iraq), which are a form of religious cities, are of interest to Muslims throughout the world and are of importance to the Holy Sepulcher.

The Holy City is the result of the interaction of intellectual and spiritual values on the one hand and physical material on the other side.

The study deals with showing the spiritual content of the city and with strengthening the relation between the city and spirit and explaining the nature of the fields that are influenced by the spiritual side and where the urban construction is represented.

It also studied the influence of the holy shrine as a spiritual organizer of the urban construction.
