The subject of the research aims to search in a problem that questions the existence of lean production on reducing the costs of the production process in industrial establishments, especially the healthy ceramic production unit in " willaya de Chlef", and the data was collected by a questionnaire, while estimating the measurement model was used in statistical analysis of multiple regression.

From the results reached there is a positive correlation relationship and a positive effect also the intensity of each varies from one dimension to the other between the dimensions of lean production, as the results also showed that after the comprehensive maintenance and continuous improvement, they were one of the most influential dimensions in reducing the costs of the production process
