The aim of the research is to identify the reality of achieving the educational needs of people with special needs in Higher education in the light of some international experiences, and the research used the descriptive method, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample of (70) students with(Hearing, visual, and mobility) disabilities who are attending the Mansoura University Services Center for students with disability, and (150) faculty members of the Faculties of Education, Arts and Law in Mansoura University, The research ended with the formulation of a set of proposals to achieve the educational needs of those with the special needs in higher education in the light of some international experiences, including: connecting the students with special needs in universities with business sectors to find suitable jobs for them, the provision of scientific material in teaching methods and educational methods appropriate to students with special needs, the university tend to provide material and moral support to students with special needs, the design of buildings, facilities and roads should suit those with special needs, and the commitment of faculty members to cooperate With students with special needs and give them moral support, the university encourages and supports gifted and talented student.
