The study aimed to evaluate the experience of the E-learning management system "Blackboard" from the point of view of members faculty and students, in the preparatory year at the Islamic University of Madinah, the sample of the study reached (46) faculty members, (91) students in the preparatory year at the Islamic University, and (2) questionnaires were applied for (faculty members - students), and the study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the most prominent results were The study with respect to students that the general average of students' responses about their opinions on the patterns of using the E-Learning Management System Blackboard was (2.98), with an average degree.

And that the most prominent obstacles that students face when using the blackboard were: Weak training programs to use the blackboard, poor awareness of e-learning culture and the use of blackboard, lack of moral incentives for students using the blackboard system, in addition to the weakness of the Internet inside the university.

The general average of students 'attitudes in the preparatory year towards using the blackboard at the university was (2.74) average.

As for the faculty members, the most prominent results of the study were: that the general average of the responses of faculty members about their opinions: the patterns of using the blackboard e-learning management system was (2.73) with a medium degree, and that the most prominent obstacles facing faculty members when The use of the blackboard was: the lack of moral incentives for faculty members using the blackboard system, the lack of periodic maintenance of computer laboratories and equipment, the scarcity of specialists in digital educational design, the lack of training for faculty members to use the blackboard system, the high financial cost of connecting to the Internet outside the scope of University network.

The results also showed that the general average of the responses of faculty members in the preparatory year at the Islamic University with regard to their attitudes towards using the blackboard e-learning system was (2.74), with a moderate degree.

In light of the results, the study presented a set of recommendations.
