في ظل الاهتمام العالمي المتزايد لمفهوم استدامة المالية العمومية، والترابط الشديد بين أوضاع المالية العمومية وأنا الاقتصاد الكلي بات من الضروري البحث عن آليات أدوات ومؤسسات وحتى مناهج تكون أكثر ضمان وفاعلية في تحقيق الاستدامة المالية للدولة حفاظا على الاستقرار الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، خاصة في ظل استمرار توالي الأزمات المالية وحتى الوبائية (كوفيد 19)، ومن هنا تأتي هذه الدراسة لتطرح أمام الاقتصاد الوطني بعض البدائل المالية الإسلامية، وما لها من خصوصيات تؤهلها للقيام بهذا الدور لتشجيع الانفتاح على هذا النوع الخاص من المالية وتوطين مؤسساتها.
Abstract EN
As part of the global growing interest in notion of sustainability of public finance, and the strong link between the financial public terms and macro economical performance, it became necessary to look for mechanisms, tools and institutions and flat- same forms are safe and effective to achieve durability of the financial statement in the aim to preserve the economic and social stability, especially in light of the continued succession of financial crises and even epidemic (COVID19), and hence this study is to present to the national economy some alternative Islamic financial, and the specifics that qualify for this role at the end of promoting the opening of this particular type of financing and the localisation of institutions.

Dans le cadre de l'intérêt mondial croissant de la notion de durabilité des finances publiques, et le lien fort entre les conditions financières publiques et la performance macro économique il est devenu nécessaire de rechercher des mécanismes, des outils et des institutions et des plates- formes même sont plus sûrs et efficaces pour atteindre la durabilité de l 'état financier dans le but de préserver la stabilité économique et sociale, surtout à la lumière de la succession continue des crises financières et même épidémiques (COVID 19), et de là cette étude vient présenter à l'économie nationale quelques alternatives financières islamiques, et leurs spécificités qui les qualifient pour jouer ce rôle à fin de favoriser l'ouverture de ce type particulier de financement et localisez ses institutions.
