As part of the global growing interest in notion of sustainability of public finance, and the strong link between the financial public terms and macro economical performance, it became necessary to look for mechanisms, tools and institutions and flat - same forms are safe and effective to achieve durability of the financial statement in the aim to preserve the economic and social stability, especially in light of the continued succession of financial crises and even epidemic ( Covid 19), and hence this study is to present to the national economy some alternative Islamic financial, and the specifics that qualify for this role at the end of promoting the opening of this particular type of financing and the localisation of institutions
