improvement of health services, is one of the most important priorities of public & private health institutions, this is to achieve several goals, including enhancing customer satisfaction & loyalty.

This study aims to know the effect of the dimensions of the quality of health services on the loyalty of patients in the private clinic under study.

A random sample of 150 patients was taken from the studied community, and we relied on the questionnaire tool to find their opinions.

The study found a set of results, the most important of which are: that the dimensions of the quality of health services have a strong impact on the loyalty of patients, that the clinic is concerned with the dimensions of the quality of health services, and that the dimension of empathy is the most influential dimension.
