The topic of the research is of great importance due to the presence of many tourism companies that use different marketing methods, including time-sharing or what is known as TIME SHAER, which is a contract between two parties, a hotel company and a person (client) whose subject is the sale of a benefit for a specific period of the year and lasts for several years.

Therefore, it is considered an ongoing contract and many disputes often arise when applying it.

This contract regulates hotel occupancy in hotel establishments, villages and tourist resorts, as it does not apply to regular housing units, but the time-sharing contract has not been adapted by the Egyptian legislator, so there is a dispute about the quality of the contract and accordingly determine the provisions that will apply to it, but what is Correct legal qualification of a time-sharing contract: contract of sale of common property, lease, usufruct.

There are some matters that must be organized in order to achieve consumer protection (the contractor) and preserve his rights, such as the conditions that must be met in the unit under contract in terms of equipment and furniture, as well as the items that must be specified in the contract such as the duration and identification of the beneficiary and others.

As well as the legal implications of the contract, including what is related to the contract itself, including what is due to the parties, the administrative body, and the extent to which the provisions of this contract agree with Islamic law, and I have taken the comparative approach between Egyptian, Saudi and Emirati law.
