The Kuwaiti election law stipulates that the voter is required to have age, nationality, and registration in the electoral roll.

Although the right to vote is a constitutional right regulated by law, but the Kuwaiti voter infected with Covid-19 virus must be in isolation or home quarantine, this leads to depriving him of the right to vote.

The study concluded that the health requirements to prevent the spread of the virus are consistent with the state's duty to maintain the public health system and protect society from the spread of epidemics and viruses.

An injured voter can be considered a temporary exemption from exercising the right to vote until he cures.
