When the Corona pandemic appeared, it was important to remember the importance of social protection systems, which include providing social security for the classes of the people, such as the weak classes and daily workers, which led to renewal and reconsideration of trends towards social systems as well as financial policies to become more effective, comprehensive and more just than before, and based on the repercussions of the pandemic and the resulting crises that affected the increase in poverty and unemployment due to the deterioration of economic systems, it became the most difficult choice between accepting more flexibility in labor relations and the rights of work and workers and gaps in its application, and this required a constructive dialogue between the parties of society to develop plans and legislation consistent with the risks that occurred on the labor market and then to withstand the effects of that crisis.
