The subjectivity of the dispute to arbitration is considered one of the substantive and important conditions for the validity of the arbitration agreement in its two types (whether traditional or electronic).

Arbitration is not permissible in matters related to personal status (except for financial issues related to it such as spending), and arbitration may not be made in matters that violate the internal public order in the country in which the judgment is to be executed, and arbitration is not permissible in matters of minor jurisdiction even if it is permissible to arbitrate in matters of competence.
