We find that the central idea of this subject is a part of the elitist activity of the twenties and thirties, with the emergence of modern elites contrary to the traditional characterized by violence.

Modernization itself is inspired by dialogue and the rhythm of events.

This is what characterized the modern elites, a group of "young Algerians" educated in French culture and graduates of European universities, acquiring a methodology different from the preceded one, in a style of dialogue less flamboyant for colonial administration.
