Abstract EN

The purpose of this stady is to identify the sources of work stress on primary school teachers in the town of Relizane, according to different variables (Marital status, professional experience, educationel level).

A study was submitted on (288) teachers in different primary schools of the town.

This study depended on work stress scale set by the researcher (Mansour Mustapha), the survey showed that: This sample of teachers have a high level of work stress of (84.

02% ), since it comes in the first rant working conditions followed by the relationship with pupils and, finally, by the mystery of the role.

The study also showed that there were no fundamental differences in the degrees of work stress sources concerning (the merital status, the academie level) and the existence of moral differences in the measure of sources of work stress is attributable to the variable of professional experience in favour of the group (one to 3 years)
