Abstract EN

In this research paper, we seek to highlight the impact of the economic and social factors that Algeria defined in the period 1980 - 2014 on the phenomenon of mortality, by monitoring changes in the general trend of the phenomenon in the long term, using a set of statistical techniques, relying on the comparison of the indicator of death during time periods and socioeconomic factors relying on a set of variables that can be associated with the phenomenon, this using the method of factor analysis and multiple decline of the indicator of mortality during time periods in which socioeconomic conditions vary, to determine the extent to which socioeconomic factors influence the phenomenon of mortality apart from physiological, genetic or health factors.
