The government in Algeria has taken measures since the registration of the first cases in order to prevent and avoid its transmission, However, the content of these measures violates one of the freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution, which is the freedom to practice trade and investment, This has negatively affected the national economy.

Thus, the activation of economic freedom is necessary to preserve the national economy and its restriction is a requirement to maintain public health.
