تظهر أهمية موضوع التزام الطبيب بإعلام المريض و الحفاظ على سره الطبي في كونه موضوعا جد مهم و حساس، نظرا لتعلقه بصحة و سلامة المريض، و معرفة المريض لحقوقه في ظل التطورات الراهنة في المجال الطبي، فنجد أنه يجب على الطبيب تنفيذ كل الالتزامات المهنية و الأخلاقية التي تقع على عاتقه، و التي تكون من جانب آخر حقوق للمريض يضمنها القانون، كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح التزام الطبيب بإعلام المريض، و كذلك بيان التزام الطبيب بالحفاظ على السر الطبي
Abstract EN
The importance of the doctor commitment appears in informing the patient and preserving his medical secret in being a very important and sensitive topic.
Because of his reflection on the patient's health and safety, And on the patient's knowledge of his rights in the light of medical developments.
We find that the doctor must fulfill all his professional and ethical obligations, which on the other hand, are a patient rights guaranteed by law.
This study also aims to clarify Both doctor's commitment to inform the patient and the doctor's commitment to keep the medical secret.
