The aim of the study is to provide scientific evidence of the importance of the human resource, which has come to be seen as the intellectual capital and the effective resource in the enterprise for its capabilities and innovations, it is considered to be the beating heart of modern governance and one of the most important factors of excellence in the economy.

From that point of view, we tried to diagnose the issue of the rule of human resource stimulation in enhancing competitiveness in the economic enterpriseThe study concluded that the stimulus process helps the worker to perform his or her functions effectively and efficiently, contributes to the enhancement of his or her intellectual, scientific and moral abilities and thus helps to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise
