Abstract EN

On the horizon of the literary movement in the past months, poetic initial works have emerged that play a creative role towards confronting the "Corona" pandemic.

Thus, it was natural for the direction of the critical movement to follow, and based on this, this research aims to present an analytical study and review of some of these poems.

As for its approach, the study consists of two parts: the first entitled “New topics invoked by the pandemic” which includes a presentation of the poetry interaction for grief and pain, fear and panic, prohibition and caution, and hope.

The second is entitled “Old topics that have interacted with the pandemic” which includes a presentation of the poetry interaction for loss and mourning, advice and consideration, supplication, and sarcasm and humour.

After these two parts, there is a conclusion that presents the most important findings of the study and the results and recommendations, most importantly:
