Abstract EN

The structure of the argumentative discourse in the articles of
"Wahy Al'arbaein" by Al-Rafi'i ( died in 1937)
The research deals with the argumentative discourse in the articles of “ Wahy Al'arbaein” by Mr Mustafa Sadiq al-Rafi'i, which was a critique of a poetic collection of Mr Al-Akkad.

Al-Rafi'i reinforced this harsh criticism, argumentations and proofs with inferences and allegations that were dominated by the satirical method, through four lengthy articles in "Al Balagh" newspaper.

I tried to shed light on the types of argumentations and their techniques in these articles, and the means of understanding and persuasion on which the sbeaker relied according to the theory of Pragmatics.

The research included an introduction; To define it, its and its plan, and an introduction aimed at editing the main concepts of the research.

Then two topics, the first: Types of argumentations in the articles of "Wahy Al'arbaein ", and the second: techniques of argumentations in these articles, and the conclusion came at the end To record the most prominent findings and recommendations of the research.
