The family is the first nucleus of society, consisting of a group of individuals united by marital and kinship ties.

For the success of the family in society and for the formation of a symbiotic and successful society, the family must depend on good cohabitation, interdependence, and solidarity, and on good education and morals, especially for the younger generations, and in avoiding everything that would prejudice the integrity of the family from many social evils.

The family consists of assets and branches.

This subject is related to social protection and penal protection for the assets according with the Algerian legislation.

The study divided into two main axes, the first is related to social protection for the elderly and the second is related to penal protection.
