Modernity is one of the most important cultural achievements that have paved the way to the emergence of a new view of man, the world and the universe, and the freedom of man, which has been restricted by religious thought.

It has spread to reach every corner of the world, be it Muslim or Western world, to form a new threshold for human history.

And among the Arab and Muslim thinkers who had traced back the Arab modernity's paths and the latter's formations and ideological differences is Mohammed Arcon, who came up with critical approaches that aimed at establishing a new awareness which enables the Arand Muslims to produce values that contribute to the historical contexts of human civilization.
