Summary: This study focuses on knowing the most important strategies that the professors in the Department of Sociology and Demography follow as actors in facing the work pressures they encounter while carrying out their tasks, and this is based on the fact that the organizational actor is every individual who is able to intervene or participate in a specific problem, as this study was applied to these Professors and this research concluded that professors are actors who depend on building a set of professional strategies in the face of work pressures.

Among these strategies are the work of professors to form a network of informal relationships and also to diversify communication at all levels of the hierarchy, in addition to their reliance as well on strengthening sources Their power to face professional pressure.
