Research title: A proposed vision for achieving school excellence in light of participatory management approach.

Research aim: The present research aims to identify the justifications that call for a shift towards participatory school management and achieving excellence in it, Identify the most important obstacles that prevent the achievement of school excellence in light of participatory management, And reach a proposed conception to achieve school excellence in light of the participatory management approach.

Research methodology: The present research used descriptive research methodology as it is more appropriate to the nature of the study.
