The Assyrian policy towards the Jews is among the most important policies that Assyria followed in dealing with the forces opposing its expansionist policy، whether it was for an economic or military goal، through what was mentioned in the Assyrian sources during the era of the modern empire، during the extended period of time ( 911-745 BC).

This was the reference to the great political role that the Jews played in confronting the Assyrian force، which aspired to control the outlets and routes of commerce، and this coincides with the increase in Assyrian activity to control important centers of wealth in the central and northern parts of Syria، Palestine and the Jewish kingdom، and impose their control on the centers And the commercial stations located along the land and coastal lines leading to the Mediterranean Sea.

Objectives of the study: The study aims to highlight the Assyrian policy towards the Jews and their political entity in the land of Palestine through the Assyrian sources، and the biblical writings that talked about that policy through the Jews themselves(Talmud) in terms of the causes، events and consequences.
