The international community suffers from a dangerous and worrying phenomenon, represented in the increasing growth of transnational corruption crimes, which developed terribly and benefited from the successive technological developments and the great changes produced by the global political, economic and social conditions, so that the advanced national and international agencies were unable to pursue them and limit their authority, given that Since it has become a threat to all walks of life, and today the phenomenon of financial, administrative and institutional corruption has become one of the most dangerous phenomena in the contemporary world due to its effects on the private and public levels for peoples in the field of economic and human development in general.
